At Anaë & Co, every order is carefully prepared by hand in our workshop in Québec.
We do everything we can to offer you a simple, fast, and eco-responsible experience.

Processing time
Orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

Delivery area
Shipping is currently available within Canada only.
Packages are delivered via Canada Post or another trusted local carrier.

Shipping fees
Calculated automatically at checkout, based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.

Eco-friendly packaging
All of our packages are prepared with recyclable and minimalist materials, in line with our values.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Timeframe
You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return or an exchange.

Email us at info@anaeco.ca with your order number and the reason for your request.

Conditions

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
​
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for products that have already been opened.
​
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer​.
If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, please contact us with a photo as proof.
We will process your request quickly and with care.
